FAME - How to Guide for Implementing and Sustaining a Multi-Agency Environment
The guide will provide practical advice to people responsible for implementing different aspects of multi-agency working in partner agencies including local authorities. It will be written from a senior officer/ project manager / practitioner perspective. It assumes that the user of the guide will have basic project management knowledge and skills, but will point to sources of additional information in case of need.
